The reason I gave 3 stars was because they were on time, wrapped the furniture well, took down, put back together nicely and were quick. The problem was that Randy came to my house to give us an estimate and see what we had to move. We ended up paying $200.00 more than the estimate. That was acceptable to us. The worst was that all our stuff didn't fit in the truck. We moved 22 miles away. My husband is a diabetic and recently had a heart attack. I am mid 60's and had back surgery. Since we didn't have help, we ended up moving 4 van loads that were left behind ourselves, going back and forth. Some things were broken in the move including a shadow box that belonged to my Mom. Being fair, I had it in a bag and planned on taking it myself but one of the guys grabbed it and swung it around and it broke. Another was a sculpture I had carefully packed in bubble wrap. I don't know if the box was dropped but it was broken. When we got to our new house, which is a ranch, no stairs and easy to bring our things into, boxes that were labeled for rooms were just tossed in the garage. I didn't pack my oil paintings because I was told they had something they put them in to keep them safe. The oils I did, one my deceased brother did, plus a Medina and a Lamond were laying in corners of the garage on top of other boxes and against the wall between bins. Nothing covered or protected them. One of the movers complained most of the time. Maybe they were tired. BUT Randy saw what we needed to be moved. We had given away our living room furniture upstairs and in the basement, also our kitchen table and chairs. Apparently, we needed a bigger truck and possibly more guys to handle the job. We would have had no problem paying for it. I wrote to Dibble and was asked to call. I did and talked to Randy. I just wanted to see what he thought. i was NOT rude or insensitive. Right away, he gave me such attitude and jumped on the defense even when I was complimenting a couple of his guys. We hired a moving company because we knew we couldn';t do it. We just wanted to get all our stuff out and to our new home. I think that is what a moving company is expected to do. There was a lack of communication as far as the 'packing'. I needed help with packing and asked for it but it wasn't added to our plans. I understand things can get broken so didn't make a big deal out of that. It was made clear though that my paintings would be put in something safe to transfer them. One of the workers said that was no problem, they have something to put them in. Worst part was having to move the rest of our belongings. No, I would personally never hired them again. I;ll wait for Randy to be rude again and justify the lack of completing the job.

They were on time and finished the job well before we estimated. Furniture was wrapped well.

This company did my job as specified and better. The moving team manager arrived early on moving day, and got everything set up for the moving crew. They handle all of our furniture and valuables with care and finished early. Delivery the next day was just as good. So far only one broken item in a 4 bedroom house and it's my fault for how it was packed. An A+ experience. Thank you for a stress free move.

They were thorough, efficient and careful

The movers were on time and very polite. They went right to work. The estimate to get the job done, moving things to three different locations was 3 hours and they were done in 3 and 1/2 which was phenomenal.

All of the guys they sent were friendly and polite. When one truck wasn t enough they sent another one free of charge. Even when I changed my mind about the placement of a love seat they brought it back up the stairs without complaint.

Very prompt and completed the work at the quoted price. Went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied

They offered a very fair price. I had them pack and move me and everything went as planned. Fun guys to be with. No damage and fast working.

Bad Experience. Two of the movers displayed poor behavior, one asked use the bathroom while the other decided that they wanted to come back into my home and check it out. I anticipate a break in and in fear for my home safety.

They were very friendly. They called when they were on there way. I had them move the copier up to the second floor. They were careful and finished the job quickly. Would use the company again.

They did a terrific job and highly recommend them.
