Dick Madsen Roofing

Dick Madsen went above to make sure to get permits.

They were honest with me about how long it take and then finished sooner than planned. They like to finish their work with one customer before they take on another and gave me notice right away if they weren’t able to see me and scheduled a new appointment right away even if was a holiday.

They are busy, so they will schedule an estimated time for starting and completing job.

They were very professional and follow through to make sure they could meet my schedule to get it done. They corrected what another roofing company mess up!

Dick was pleasure to work with.

Mr. Madsen is a professional in every since of the word. I would greatly recommend them to anyone.

Very educational and helpful in understanding the problem.

We hired Dick Madsen to repair a roof leak and the flashing around our chimney. He provided us with 3 repair options and prices. We selected Madsen roofing because he offered the most reasonable explanation for the leak, and suggested I contact my solar company first. As soon as we selected Madsen roofing, he sent some one out the next day. Time and rain will determine the effectiveness of the repair. He was helpful, prompt, and completed the work in one day.

This was a covered patio repair and was completed right before a night of rain and everything was completely dry the next day. They were quick and courteous throughout the process.

Great job!!

Looks great! Honest, and threw in a couple of extras above and beyond (opened up ceiling to air it out for me, because I was worried about mold) with his service, just to be a good guy. Extremely helpful. Did not try to upsell or pressure me, which I appreciated. He also patched a pipe on my roof with a cracked seal.

We hired Dick Madsen Roofing to handle a leak we had noticed had crept into the ceiling of grandpa's game room. Being southern California and the time it takes between rainstorms, it went awhile before we could test the original patch (which was on difficult material in a hard-to-reach place) before finding the leak had been reduced but not eliminated. DMR was right on it, ensuring our satisfaction and that the job was completed properly. 5 stars across the board!

Fast, informative, good work and complete cleanup.

Dick is friendly, fast, hard-working, very experienced, honest and very reasonable. What more can I say? They guy is great. I'd hire him again in a flash.

fair price/quality wok

They did excellent work, took the time to explain everything they were doing and why they were doing, were fast (only 2 days), and the cleanup afterward was immaculate! I would definitely recommend them.

Fast, informative and a fair price. We had leaks in our sun room. It hasn't rained so I can't comment on that yet.
