They called very quickly, In fairness to your other members, I got several calls within half an hour of submitting my info on a Saturday morning. Steve from Rosher came over in a short time, inspected my water heater, showed me what was wrong, went and bought the unit, came back and installed it all Sat afternoon. I would recommend both them and your service.

No Signage on truck - No Cert of Comp on truck. No contractor lic listed on truck. Could not supply me with paid invoice with company name & lic number. was told will mail paid invoice. Guees what never received invoice. sent letter with stamped self address envelpoe requesting paid invoice be sent as was told. Yes you guessed it, no reply. Called and requested paid invoice be sent. Yes you guessed it again, NO INVOICE SENT. There customer relations needs major change. The only good thing about this is he did unclog drain to about 70% flow. Details at Eleven.

Absolutely Fantastic. All the other plumbers said it would take a week or more ("get a hotel room") but Steve is a creative problem solver who completely re-plumbed my house in 2.5 days--and I was out of water for only 3 hours.
