I am having trouble getting back in touch with them to correct an error in the installation. They did not properly install the drain piece on the hot water heater. I am waiting for them to come back and fix it. They were very responsive originally before my purchase but now have not returned my messages or calls.

Diem was exceptional. They came thru with out a hitch. I was out of town when the water heater blew. My nephew had to take care of flood. Diem have me their quote and worked with me over phone.
