Having moved here from Florida, we found ourselves faced with a landscape issue we were completely unfamiliar with. Brad, from Gerald's came out, gave us a bid actually for land clearing. He was prompt on day of bid...dependable showing up for service, and far more reasonable in charges than we expected. poor quality work and over charged! made flower border in front of bushes in front of house ,& cleaned out flower bed in back. Did not dig up roots of grass weeds & vines & did not put down liner, it's been a week and the grass and weeds are already back.Refused to give me a contract with itemized work to be done and price.Then e-mailed me a huge bill for the little work he had done instead of waiting until the entire job was done. So I fired him.

"There are always 2 sides of a story. There were several projects in her yard that this customer wanted to achieve. I made sure she was apart of every phase. I asked her after the lifting up of 6 trees if they looked satisfactory---yes all good--- asked if she was happy with installation of flowerbeds and flowers-- yes all good. I've been in this business for over 22 years and we've (I've) my best to please everyone, but it just doesn't happen. I was really upset with this situation because I thought all the bases were covered"
