Great overall experience using this company. Their rep, Cody, was extremely professional and the work was done on time and of high quality. Could not have been better!

Cody and his crew did a great job! A few issues arose while working on the deck but they were addressed and fixed properly. Overall were very happy with the service.

We got a very specific quote on this job. Took a while for the work to start but that was based on permits. Turned out better than we had even hoped. The privacy wall on the upper deck is gorgeous. Worth every penny! Great group of young guys! Friendly & courteous.

Although the work is not complete yet they have been very good at keeping us informed. Most of the delays are because of the village.

Dig Right in were able to do the work at my house really quickly. They were super helpful and knowledgeable about what would work with my house layout in terms of plants. I felt like they really understood what I was looking for. I have already recommended them to someone. Definitely a good experience.

Freyja helped design our front landscaping. She was fantastic to work with and designed it with thought to our preferences of colors and gardening. Also use for weekly maintenance - not sure why we didn't start this years ago!!

Immediate quote, despite the small size of the job (releveling of porch-area pavers). Jeff kept informed of the late-season scheduling, and squeezed me in despite iffy weather. Job performed quickly and well. Would definitely use on a larger project, given expertise, integrity and performance.

Great ideas and willing to work with us and our budget. The outcome is beyond our expectations! We can't wait til spring when the planting will begin!

Did a great job with lanscaping and patio project. Very easy to work with and accommodated a couple of last minute requests. Gave a fixed price for the project and with delays and some expected soil issues honored their price. The time estimate for the project took a lot longer than they estimated but they provided good quality work. Freyja listened to our practical and budgetary needs and took them into account in her design .

I would highly recommend DigRightIn Landscaping, Inc. I would give them a 5 highest rating. They were prompt, professional and courteous. They replaced plants that died with no problem. I will use them again next Spring.

Great design and installation of landscaping.

okay. tree removal and installation went well. but, not good at "finishing" details. Were hard to get them out to finish-up final "little" items.

I am never home when they come but they tell you the week they are going to come and they are here.

Very professional, started same day, and have completed some of things on list.

Both Jeff and Freyja were prompt, enthusiastic and professional.

Our new rain garden is fantastic. The contractor kept us informed of their work schedule, showed up and got the work done quickly and efficiently. The garden is so pretty AND it has done a great job of eliminating our drainage problems. Jeff Swano was terrific and very creative in his solutions. I would highly recommend Dig Right In.

Dig Right In was great to work with. Freyja worked with us throughout to make sure everything was done and done right! Freyja's attention to detail and consideration for what we wanted was unexpected and a welcome relief to our home improvement projects. For example: We wanted an apple tree, she said we needed two to provide pollenation and planned accordingly. We had drainage issues and they put in a rain garden and fed it underground. We wanted a garden space and they constructed raised beds above the drainage. They also continue to provide regular "rain updates", well after our work was done. Very cool.

I used Jeff and his team for mutiple projects. They did a window well drain system and rebuilt a retaining wall to repair basement flooding issues. They built a rain garden to assist with localized flooding the back yard. I also had them do some basic landscaping, mulching, planting and weeding. I was pleased with the outcome of the project. Jeff worked with me from beginning to end to insure he understood the vison of what I saw. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Crew came a day earlier than contracted for (ie. contracted for Thursdays came on Wednesday), when asked as to why the change (as Thursdays are an important part of this contract) they explained that Thursday's forecast called for rain. And so it did. I respect the fact that they moved the date up to avoid not being able to take care of the lawn due to rain. Just one visit, but so far so good.

I just meet with Jeff yesterday for the first time. Once we get a little further into this project and know what the costs will be, then I will be able to rate this company.

Working with Jeff Swano of Dig Right In Landscaping from beginning to end has been a pleasant experience. He fully understood my problem, offered more than one solution for me to consider, and his presentations were excellent. He is very professional at all times as are the people that he has working for him. He also does a great job of communicating to you any changes or 'unknowns' and follows up after the job is finished.

This company knows what it's doing! On time, on budget, on the mark! From the initial consultation to design and execution, the folks at Dig Right In were professional, creative and hard-working. Our new patio and landscaping were completed in plenty of time for our annual 4th of July party and were a hit. We plan on working with Dig Right In for years to come.
