Terrible camera system that did not deliver to contract agreement and ease of use is impossible. The internal security monitor is extremely poor and cheap. Damage to my home was done during installation and I?m now trying to get a third technician out to resolve issues. I?m considering asking for full purchase refund including damage to my home. This far DigiGuard has been slow to respond and correct issues. I?m addition, there are serious consumer privacy violations with this produce as the company has total view and controls of your cameras at all times. This is an issue that I have already begun legal advice including contacting my local NBC Consumer Complaints & Resolution to assist me with resolution. I do not recommend Home Advisors continue offering this client to your customers.

The service and installation were great. But the Hardware were not known and tried searching for the product online and couldnÂ’t find them

I gave DigiGuard 5 stars overall, but, 4 1/2 stars on "Customer Service" only because I didn't receive notice that they were on their way... However, Techs "Carter" and "Red" did a great job on my 4 camera exterior install... Carter was very knowledgeable and took the time to go over the basic operations of my new surveillance system. I'd also like to thank a 3rd Tech, "Calvin" for promptly bringing the monitor to my home when we realized that it had been accidentally forgotten... Bottom line; The Techs did a great job. So, I decided to buy them lunch!

The men who came out were very friendly and went right to work. They installed 2 floodlight cameras and one doorbell. Then they set up the Ring app and then tested all three cameras to make sure they were all working properely. The cost to me was very reasonable.

The Technician never finished the job properly the day he came, call them next day and arrange for three days later to come and finished, however, he never shows up, I tried to call but only got voicemail left various messages but they never call back. Definitely with that experience I never recommended this company
Response by DigiGuard: We were hired only to run a cable to connect existing system to customers internet source, which we did. We had no control whatsoever how well the system worked on the mobile app, as it was a system we did not provide.

I hired this company to install numerous home surveillance cameras. From the initial call to the call center, the salesman , Adrian, who visited my home , to the installers, Carter & Red, these employees reflect in their positive attitude that the company values their customers. Every person we spoke to were Courteous and efficient from the beginning. Knowledgeable of the systems and timely installation dates to choose from, I am very happy with our experience. DigiGuard provided the exact equipment that I wanted and within the quality level and price range I required. This was the only company that I found that has a five (5) year warranty! Our installers were professional with their communication with us and with each other as they completed their job. They cleaned up the subsequent mess from installation and were efficient with the install, Well done DigiGuard!

    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
