He was able to arrange his schedule for a very quick time to be on-site and provide service. He was on time for the appointment, came prepared with the necessary tools and supplies and the experienced knowledge of how to do the job. He listened carefully to my preferences and successfully incorporated them into the final result. He was pleasant to work with, was efficient and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. I was contacted by Igor roughly a week before the installation appt. He was friendly, great with his communication and on time with our scheduled appt. He did an amazing job! I added the service of hiding the cords due to having a young child in our home. I'm very happy with the installation, he also left the work area clean. Igor immediately called me upon receipt of contact info. Job quickly scheduled and completed with reasonable pricing.Very nice man and professional. He had to remove tv from wall and wait while I returned it and brought another one home from Best Buy, which he quickly installed. Very accommodating, worked quickly and very persistent. I had problems with my passwords but he patiently and kindly worked to solve my problem. I highly recommend Igor and his company.
