I had to cancel as my tv mount did not come in. They contacted me again and it had not arrived. They were pleasant and courteous. I called them back and they came right over and did a great job.

"I did not break your TV. Your TV had issues prior to the install. You did not show me it was working prior to the install, your existing mount had very tight screws. you need to get your TV inspected before making accusations not proven. If that was the case why did you pay for the service?"

Ray is very nice and courteous I have used contractors to install TVs before. This installation was average because of the long/above average time that it took to complete the work. I also had to readjust the TV in the bedroom because it was not aligned. Further the TV in the bedroom was not centered with the bed. You would think that this would be common sense since the bedroom TV is watcher from the bed. I had to move the bed to center it with the TV afterwards, which now translates in an inefficient use of the space in my bedroom - I asked, and Ray graciously agreed to help me install a large mirror in the living room for a few. The measurements to drill holes and hang the mirror were not accurate, which translated into repetitive drilling in my white drywall - I still need to go get some sand paper at Home Depot to sand an extra hole that Ray was very nice to cover but that will leave a mark on my living room wall. Ray came to the appointment by himself, therefore I had to help him put the TVs up myself. Other contractors that I used for the exact same work in the past came as a team of two in order to be able to safely handle the TVs. Lastly, I would say that the multiple measurements to hang the TVs left pencils marks on my white walls that I had to try to remove myself afterward. Other than that, Ray is a very nice, likable and personable contractor.

"In my defense I have to says the length of time had nothing to do with my skill set, or the number of people, metal studs take longer to drill through the wood studs, and require more precision, which was the case in this installation. I use teams when the job requires it. I do not rush installations, if time was an issue the customer did not mention it. It's hypocritical to complement someone's work, then be dishonest afterwards The customer was asked where he wanted the TV's mounted, in his living room and bedroom, the height and position on the wall, prior to me installing them. This was accepted by the customer. It would seem to be common"
