"I would like to say that Joann's review is no way accurate. This woman has some serious mental issues. All equipment was installed according to the industry standards. All equipment was covered by a three- year warranty. Joann continually cut video wires claiming someone cut them. Joann would get into the equipment and change the passwords and then she would forget the passwords. For the first three years we would go back and reset her passwords. Again she would change them. In order to be nice, we would go back and repair the damages she made. She was told that she would be charged a service charge if she kept up ruining her equipment. After numerous times repairing her self made problems, we told her that we would no longer be able to service her system. She started to call the equipment manufacturer support. They refused to deal with her as well. After several attempts to get her to pay her bill, I had to take her to the local Magistrate in which the Magistrate made her pay her bill. The first day we got to her home for the install, she was having a newer furnace in perfect working condition, removed be she said it was being hacked. We gave up on this person."
