This is the first review of a company I've ever written - which should tell you how impressed I was with the service Larry and friend Scott offered. Not only were their prices for a TV mount, install and set up of cable boxes etc better than anyone else I checked, but they had amazing customer service. Upon taking the TV out of the box, it was damaged; even though it was 8pm, the guys drove me (currently without car) and the TV back to the store, got a new one, and installed it the night before Thanksgiving! Really genuine nice guys, great service, would recommend in a heartbeat.

"measure twice, drill/cut once"...unfotunately, this happened 2x...once while trying to find the studs in the wall, then the second time hanging the mout too close to the wall outlet. The unnecessary holes are behind the tv now, but not the most precise set up.... courteous crew, but not quite as "perfect" as I had imagined...

I would recomment Digital Twins for their service. They forgot my follow up appointment though and had to come out later than expected.

I would hire this company again - the quality of their work was excellent and the price was fair. Only 1 minor complaint - they were very late for my appt ... but I had scheduled the day off so it wasn't too inconvenient. I just think they should have been the ones to call to say they were late, instead of me having to contact them twice. But again, the price and quality of work was excellent.

Digital Twins did an excellent job........when I needed it, after work hours and in an efficient and professional manner. The price was more than competative; I highly recommend the small business company! Shop local and shop Tucson.

They did a very nice job mounting my TV and speaker bar on my wall. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone. Excellent service and excellent value.

The fine young men at Digital Twins went way beyond our expectations. We cannot say enough good things about them and we'll use them again if the need arises and tell all our friends about them too.

Larry did a great job with our HDTV wall mount installation. He was informative and even programmed the initial set-up of the TV and Blue-Ray for us, showed us the applications, and programmed the interface between our wireless computer modem and the new equipments. Great service at a great cost.

Larry called me immediately and provided excellent service within 24 hours and it was a weekend. Other companies called me days later. He and his twin, Jeff did a super job, cleaning up the mess that another contractor left behind. They were not only efficient, but they were kind and caring.

Tech was prompt and very helpful and accomodating... He took special care with my 91 year old mother... He kindly made sure my mother understood how to operate her new printer/scanner.

Wow, was I impressed ! They did a wall install for a plasma TV. Larry and Jeff were very professional and knowledgeable in their field. I don't think I could have found a better team anywhere. These guys were not installers, but consultants. Provided me some fantastic tips about what I could do with my exisiting set-up, programed my dish controller, and even vaccumed up some excess pet hair in the process. By they way, they were also very reasonably priced. I will use them again, and again in the future. These guys are the real deal!

Absolutely one of the best experiences I have ever had with an electronics installation company. From the first call I made until they finished the install for my wall mounted TV, the guys at Digital Twins were very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Not to mention the cost! These guys are fabulous. Very professional, very competitive pricing and the most helpful of any service providers we used. We had an earlier experience with another "big name" installer and Digital Twins far surpassed them in service and price. Highly recommended for home theater installations.
