Wayne was absolutely AMAZING! He came out within a couple of hours, knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it immediately. I will be using him for ALL my heating and cooling needs! VERY professional!!! Very personable! Very knowledgeable and accommodating. I rate him SIX STARS out of Five!!!

Fair price honest work

ok, so first of call, I was incredibly impressed with their responsiveness, both when the problem first occurred and when the "resolution" did not initially solve the problem and he returned. He gave me a quote and he stuck by it, even when it required returning to resolve the issue. They are an honorable company. This is the most important thing. He also did not charge me for things that did not require repair, as some repair centers are apt to do. Overall, I was extremely impressed. My only complaint was this. I left a towel on the floor to capture the water. It was a mostly clean hand towel that I used because I didn't have a choice. Wayne chose to use it to clean up his mess. He should have used his own rags, but he did not. He ruined his towel. When I told him that he did this and expressed my frustration, he did give me some rags, which I thought was nice. However, IMO, those rags would not be particularly absorbent and I told him this. Anyway, after he left, I noticed that he took my towel with him!!! While I was not happy with the situation, I would have liked to have been the one to figure out how I was going to resolve it. I was not happy that he simply decided that he would take my towel. In the interest of full-disclosure, when I told him I was upset, he did offer to drive it back, but I was not happy. I'm not sure why he was not understanding that reallocation of someone's property was not ok. Anyway, he did seem to take true pride in his work though and there certainly was no malice. I just don't understand why workers think using (or taking) people's things without permission is ok.

You know how miserable it is to have the air go out in Florida. I called and left message at 7:00am, got a call back at 7:30 and they were here by 8:45 am and finished by 9:30. Great service!!!!

We've been without A/C for a month trying to deal with our home warranty company (we actually placed the initial service call November 1 it's now December 3). I had enough of dealing with waiting for them to get their stuff together and my fiancé finally called True Breeze Heating and Cooling, LLC. and told them we needed a new compressor for our unit. Anyways, these guys, Tiwayne and Aaron, showed up the next day with the correct parts and got it working! We live in a condo and there was a hick-up with the insurance paperwork. These two gentlemen waited around for 3 hours until the paperwork finally came through. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Tiwayne and Aaron! With all the BS that we've been dealing with the other company and the fact that while they were working on fixing out A/C I was coming home from surgery. These guys really saved the day. Thank you so much! Also , it's worth mentioning that these guys didn't try to upsell us on anything or tell us that the entire unit needed to be replaced. These were simply two honest and hardworking guys!

Pleasant experience dealing with Dwayne. It was an emergency and he arrived in 20 minutes, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the part that had failed. He confirmed the AC Conditioner was then working fine and I did the recommended annual maintenance for $80. This emergency call was on a Saturday I was pleased he had the part needed on his vehicle. He charge me a fair and honest price — and I will use them again.
