Calvin was very efficient and knowledgable. Although his first attempt to stop the Admiral refrigerator leak did.slow it down, he had to come back again and do a little follow up.

I would have given him 5 stars, but when the icemaker he installed in the refrigerator didn't work, I had trouble getting him to return my phone calls and to return to fix the problem which was a bad motor. He is very knowledgeable and competent. He just needs to respond to phone calls better.

I had an oven recalibrated. It was 30 degrees off but after getting it repaired it was reset to 20 degrees off. If I'd have realized that you cannot totally reset to perfect I would not have done the repair.

It is difficult for me to review this company since they did not actually repair anything. I had to wait a week and pay $75 to find out that my washer could not be repaired.
