Lawn & Yard Waste Clean Up
On August 4, Charles from Dillards Lawn Care came to my home to give me an estimate of the yardwork. We agreed on $1600. He told me after they cut down the weeds and bushes he would spray herbicide to keep the weeds from coming up for at least one year. He also had me sign a release of liability and told me that it would be $1750. On August 13, his crew came and cut down the bushes and weeds afterwards he brought me out and showed me everything they had done and told me that he would have to come back to spray the herbicide on August 15. He came to my home to collect payment when I asked him was he going to spray? He said oh I forgot. I ll be back tomorrow at 8 AM as of today September 2, he has not came back to finish the job he promised he would do.

"The herbicide was sprayed, even though it was discussed as a complimentary service. The strong RM43 herbicide was not used, so this may be why customer believes it was not. I will return while using the RM43 to ensure issue is addressed for Diane."

Started out good but got worse. Said he visited our property, but never did. Then more excuses kept happening and bait and switches started to occur. Beware!

We have bushes that grow into our fencing and over. Had it all trimmed back. Communication was good and felt it was a good value.
