First of all when I called to see if someone could come out and solve our problem - Carla said she would see who was available and call me back and she did call back with a repair person who turned out to be our regular guy and gave me the time when he would be coming. He was right on time and after assessing the situation told what had happened and then he fix it. A very reliable company with great employees with a wonderful attitudes and willingness to help. You have terrific employees in Carla and Travis!! We really appreciate the help and promptness from these two!!

I got stiffed twice by a friend of a friend who did A/C work aside from the company he worked for. He did not diagnose my problem during two visits and just added refrigerant and stop leak...lasted seven weeks. Found Dilligence in the phone book, read reviews and hired them. They found the leak, flushed my a/c system and replaced potentially damaged parts from the stop leak; all within a 24 hour period. Mr. Dill was easy to reach and very knowledgeable. My Technician, Mr. Gomez, was very friendly, personable and an extremely hard worker. I highly recommend this company.
