My background includes working as an A/V Technician for Encore Global, where I set up and operated microphones, speakers, projectors, large displays, and complete event systems for clients of all sizes. I specialize in clean installs, efficient problem-solving, and making sure every system works exactly as it should. Customer service is at the core of my work.
