Dillon's Dakota Excavating Service

He came on June 24th/25th, he listened to what I wanted done and agreed that what I wanted was doable. I never saw a contract of any kind and never signed a contract. He said he would fax about the quote for how much it would cost. They sent one page, came on the 25th because he needed money down for supplies. I paid him $400 and he said he would be back the following Tuesday or Wednesday and never showed up. I called them after they did not show up and they explained they had trouble getting the supplies and told me they would call when they could do it. Called again and they never showed up when he said he would. I am not sure if he had intentions of completing my job. I feel it has been a bad experience and I do not think HomeAdvisor should have him on their list.

Harlan was professional, polite, and honest. He completed everything in a timely matter, payed attention detail, worked well with all the requirements we needed to abide by, and he did everything himself! Most of the other contractors I had reached out were not willing to follow the guidelines needed. Harlan was great and does not keep you waiting! I would highly recommend him! I was very pleased and have no complaints! He goes above and beyond what you ask of him!
