"Richard, we are sorry about your experience with MTL. That is not how we operate, as our number 1 priority is the customer. As far as your driveway project, you signed a quote that stated we will be installing a road base as requested and discussed in the planning process. I offered to bring out some decomposed granite to make sure you were getting the finished product you were looking for, however, you changed your mind when we already had the dump route. I am very sorry to hear about the kitchen drain. My operators are trained to report any issues to our management team and I have no record of any exposed drains during your project."
