Dimension was prompt to respond to my request, visited my home (on time) to discuss an estimate for the scope of work, and provided me with a written estimate per my request. Dimension accommodated my schedule, and arrived on time, to perform service. Work was completed to the estimate. Finishing details (electrical and cable cover plates) were done in a rushed manner, and were not perfect. Overall, it was a fair and reasonable experience, and I would feel comfortable having Dimension perform further work if necessary.
