"Phil, Thank you for allowing us into your brand new home. Your home is amazing and so are you. We appreciate the kind words and look forward to working with you in the future on other projects."
"Mike, Thank you for allowing us to come into your beautiful home and be of service. It was a pleasure working with you and your wife to mount your TV's. It was lot's of fun and we enjoyed the laughs very much. We hope to come back soon if you allow us. Thanks for your prayers and for being the best part of us, our valued customers."
"Thanks, Adam for your comments. I apologize for your experience. Although, it's hard to read these types of comments I encourage all of our customer's to give an assessment of the work we do. This installation was challenging and after a few hiccups, you seemed happy, in that you signed off on all of the work completion documents and paid us in full. We did in fact drill into a section of the wall and realized that the installation would not work in that location. For that error, we provided you with both a discount in the form of a reimbursement and even offered to return to have the wall patched which you turned down. I even went on a walk through your place and asked respectfully if there were other issues we could address or fix before we left. To this offer, you also declined. I regret, that your feeling was that we had "zero" consideration for your home. Nothing could be further from the "actual" truth. The fact is, there were, in fact, some things that did NOT go right on this job. Out of the many jobs we do, there will be some that do not go well. I will digress from calling you a liar. I will offer that there are untruths and exaggerated claims. You stood in front of me, smiled in my face, chatted me up and never said a word to me regarding any of this. I specifically gave you time to express to me anything you felt we had not accomplished appropriately so that we could correct it. Mahatma Ghandi once said, "Silence becomes cowardice when the occasion demands speaking out the whole truth and acting accordingly". So why hide behind your computer to speak untruths? Where is your honor as a man? I've learned that integrity is telling myself the truth. Honesty is telling the truth to other people. As owner I accept full responsibility for our shortcomings when we have them. I have enough integrity to agree with you that some things did not go as planned. Truth can in fact stand scrutiny. I do feel it unfair albeit unnecessary to go on a diatribe to defame any member of my staff or team. We do and will make mistakes. This is called being human. However we also take pride in offering to correct those issues, being thoughful towards our customers and most all being honest. Again, our sincerest apologies for the things we "actually" did. The rest you and your conscious will need to resolve."
"Dave, Thanks so much for the feedback and my apologies that the second tech made you feel uncomfortable. Never our goal and we WILL correct that moving forward. Normally, we send two techs in case there is heavy lifting but now that I have your comments we are definitely going to figure out how to keep that other tech busy. AS for the work you ended up doing yourself, I'd like to extend a free second appointment for any connections in the future for up to one year from the date of this review and my sincerest apologies. Thanks again for being the best part of our family, a valued customer."
