Had a sudden A/C failure on a Saturday morning. Called Direct Comfort and they showed up just after noon and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Better than the other outfit I called that wouldn't come until 5 on Monday.

The repairman came quickly. He was excellent, very honest, and personable. It was refreshing to find someone that doesnt just try to replace everything but approaches the work as a repair job which kept the cost reasonable. I will definitely call him again.

I actually hired another company first. The technician from the other company came, couldn't diagnose the problem, and charged $29 for their time. Direct Comfort came the next day, and found and fixed the problem within an hour! I wish I had called them first!

in the ac/heat business it is very hard to find someone you can trust to be honest and do a good job a feel that not only was direct comfort honest but did the work they said they would.

These guys are a great team. Everything was explained clearly and they made sure we had a mutual understanding of what needed to replaced and all my options available to fit my budget with a no hassle sales approach. They came out within 4 hours of the original call and once we agreed on a system they were ready to install the next morning. I would definitely recommend them.

Call Direct Comfort. 2) Bob quoted a price that was roughly 66% of my trusted A/C service company's quote for the installation of 2 completely brand new Trane central heating and air conditioning systems. They quoted replacing what I already had, 5 & 3 ton units with only a 4 & 3 with variable speed drive. 3) Adam & Justin worked 2 - 12 plus hour days on a most professional wreck out & installation job. 4) They did several auxiliary things that were not part of the quote in return trips. 5) Light bill was $150 to cool 5,290 sf. I AM ONE EXTREMELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!

He arrived on time and fixed my 2 problems in 1.5 hours. One was a start capacitor failure and the other low refrigerant. The cost was what I expected for those problems.

Adam was very professional, courteous, and helpful. Arrived with another, his cousin, and both took care of the issue promptly. Adam provided three options and talked about the good/bad of each path. I brought up the "second opinion" before a major purchase and he was more than comfortable with that option. AC fixed now and we are cool. Adam was very easy and comfortable to do business with.

Adam and his team worked non-stop from sun up til sundown to get our air conditioning up and running. They replaced both of our units in one day! On the second day they returned and completed the duct work which also took all day nonstop. They made sure we were happy before payment was delivered.
