Had a sudden A/C failure on a Saturday morning. Called Direct Comfort and they showed up just after noon and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Better than the other outfit I called that wouldn't come until 5 on Monday.

The repairman came quickly. He was excellent, very honest, and personable. It was refreshing to find someone that doesnt just try to replace everything but approaches the work as a repair job which kept the cost reasonable. I will definitely call him again.
