I called direct comfort when my furnace wouldn't fire up this winter. Toby answered the phone a said it could be a number of things wrong ranging from a couple hundred dollars to a whole new furnace. He came over that night to figure out what was going on. Ended up making my furnace work that night but had to order the part I needed to make it run properly. 2 days later called said it was in a gave me a time he would be there. Showed up when he said he would and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I highly recommend him to anyone who Has any heating and air problem

I've hired this company for two projects. First was to replace the aging gas furnace with a more efficient model and add a humidifier. The second project was to replace the original A/C unit. Each time my questions were answered promptly and all of my options were explained clearly. They did a great job helping me understand the value of the different levels of efficiency ratings which helped me make an informed decision. Each project was done quickly and professionally. The follow-up to each is still on-going. They want to make sure I'm getting the benefits I've paid for. The cost was below other quotes for each project. I can't recommend Direct Comfort enough. I'm happy to be a reference for all work they offer.
