They broke the TV. Guy banged the corner of the tv on the mantle when trying to install it. Claimed it was already broken and made me pay him anyway. I ended up hanging the new tv up myself.

Eric was an awesome TV, component guy. He provided a solution that at first did not look possible. The service was more expensive that the service from the store where I bought the TV, but I feel that his knowledge and value is well worth it.

It's all about the value for the money. I gave Erick our budget and expectations. He was able to deliver a product that met both. He was a little high on the labor but he did come out immediately to mount two TV's for us. 4 hours after we called him our TV's were mounted on the wall.

Very friendly and professional installer. I just had an issue because I had a scheduled date/time for the install, but when 45 minutes had passed and I hadn't seen or heard from anyone, it took a call from me to get someone out to my house. Install didn't actually start until 3 hours after originally-scheduled time. Project cost also seemed high to me, as it didn't take too long to complete and it seemed to me like a pretty standard install, but the TV is hung and it looks good, so I'm not going to complain too much.

Eric, the pro service provider, was very customer-focused and provided excellent, prompt service! I will highly recommend him to other potential customers.
