In general the company provides good service. Price is reasonable. Joel is an very experience owner.

I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and trustworthy company to hire. Joel was very quick to respond and came out the next day to provide the quote I needed. They eliminated the problem and did the repairs in sufficient time. After having a home inspector from Terminix, who was pushy and unprofessional, I will be cancelling my services with them and hiring Direct'Em Pest Solutions to take over. Thanks Joel & Team!!!

Prompt response, ready to provide service, thorough with explanation and with work in general. I have a new problem of outdoor fleas... due to some notorious neighborhood stay cats..SMH. So Hopefully this initial treatment has a positive effect of ridding them. looking forward to the continued follow up treatments... gives a sense of Peace of Mind knowing that a Professional is on the job.... Since spraying does not eradicate everything immediately, it's good to have a competent exterminator work with you through the time it will take to eliminate the entire problem. Joel is one such person. He will return every 2mos for a full year to reinforce his initial spraying. Good job, good man, highly recommend.
