Unless you want to waste your money, NEVER hire this company to do your fence! Do not trust them, itâ s all sweet-talk and empty promises. This is what happened to a fence that they installed 3 weeks ago. Fence is not sturdy. They do not install the fence properly and they blame it on â natural causesâ and ask us to use our home insurance to cover the cost of repair. None of our neighbors who have fence was damaged that day, meaning we were not hit by a bad weather(just a badly installed fence), and yet they use â natural causeâ as an excuse to not repair their bad installation. And also, it is impossible to get a hold of someone on the phone unless they are expecting some payment is on their way . Money-greedy company. And how do they get high rating? Who knows, they are for sure manipulating their ratings. I am sure they will be taking

They canceled three times coming to my house. The fence is not well installed. The gate was not well done. I would not recommend the company to anyone.

Finished the small gate part to complete our chain link fence. Fence is good quality and was done quickly. Many other pros wouldn't do this small of a job, Direct Fenced helped us with no problem.

They come on time and finished the job the same day. Very professional and quick everything looks good, Except Customer Service , they don't pick up the calls

This company did a fine job. They were neat, courteous, came when they said they would and the fence looks beautiful!

The project was too pricey and the quote of materials was different upon installation. I called them to check up on the gate because it wasn't properly installed but no one showed up even though we were promised that someone would come. Their workers were complaining that we were watching them during the installation.

The crew did an excellent job with a somewhat tricky installation of a chain link fence.

Coco was very easy to do business with. They were responsive and kept us up to date with the status of our order until our installation day. I was amazed at how much they accomplished in one day, the old fence was removed, the yard was free of any signs of their work when they were done and the fence quality is great. We are delighted with our newly fenced yard. Looks beautiful!

I really liked the salesman we worked with. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The fence turned out great we are very happy with how it turned out. I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

Our salesman was extremely nice and flexible. He made a same day appointment to meet with us and set up the quote. He was not pushy either. The support staff at the office(dispatcher, I believe) was beyond accomodating. This woman was responding to our questions from a hospital bed(which we found out later). Between that and the installation crews professionalism, it is easy to see we made the right decision. Huge props to KoKo, Karen, and Ismael for a job well done.
