I have contacted them several times about my project and they do not respond. I do not know about the work quality yet as they have not done what they said would be done around the first of November ( a month ago).

They were professional and did a really good job. We thoroughly enjoyed the end product. We received a lot of compliments. Andrew even took pictures cause they really like the color and would show it to potential customers.

We had a great experience with these guys from start to finish getting our new windows! The installation looks great and now I have beautiful, easy to open windows all throughout my house. They even upgraded all of my windows to the pull out to clean ones at no extra charge to me. Our basement windows had a lot of water damage, but they were able to take off the old trim and reseal them and they look great! Windows are not cheap, but Home Direct Depot is the way to go!

The price was a little on the high side, but they were the most reasonable price of the six contractors who gave us estimates. They began the project much sooner than they originally said so that was a plus. They have been professional. They are taking their time and doing it right so we like that. They are still completing the project and, so far, we like their work.

The windows are amazing and the install was unbelievably fast. It did take three months for the process from consult to install so plan accordingly.

I thought the value for the windows was really good. The installers were awesome. They descended on our house in a swarm and didn't slow down until they were finished. They did a great job. Keep in mind that these windows are built to order so it can take 4-6 weeks before your windows are ready to install. Then the installers can be backlogged 2-4 weeks. We lucked out and ended up only waiting a week for our install. If I had a criticism it would be that the sales guys could be better about staying in contact with their clients while they wait for their windows.

  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
