This company is a fraud. I was stupid enough to place half the cost of siding my house (over $6000)almost 2 years ago, but have received NOTHING. When asked for a refund, there has been no answer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or deal with a person identified via text as Andrew Stott. NOTHING but crooks

The salespeople were personable and knowledgeable. We put down a 9,000 deposit on our siding. However, no one from the office has reached out to us sense the end of June. I have made five calls and sent 4 emails to Direct Home Outlet and no one has ever responded. People in the neighborhood have asked several times who are we getting our siding with. I just say, **Well, everything is much slower now, so we are being patient**. I do not want to hurt anyones business, nor do I want to tick off the company who is supposed to put up our siding. I give Direct Home Outlet 2.5 stars for the great salespeople, but zero for their follow-up. When someone contacts me and the siding is installed, I will change my rating. But until now, BEWARE!

This company provided an exceptional product. They had custom windows made for all of the windows in our old house. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. A couple of times I had to contact them after they failed to "get back to me" when they said they would.

We had a great experience with these guys from start to finish getting our new windows! The installation looks great and now I have beautiful, easy to open windows all throughout my house. They even upgraded all of my windows to the pull out to clean ones at no extra charge to me. Our basement windows had a lot of water damage, but they were able to take off the old trim and reseal them and they look great! Windows are not cheap, but Home Direct Depot is the way to go!

The price was a little on the high side, but they were the most reasonable price of the six contractors who gave us estimates. They began the project much sooner than they originally said so that was a plus. They have been professional. They are taking their time and doing it right so we like that. They are still completing the project and, so far, we like their work.

I thought the value for the windows was really good. The installers were awesome. They descended on our house in a swarm and didn't slow down until they were finished. They did a great job. Keep in mind that these windows are built to order so it can take 4-6 weeks before your windows are ready to install. Then the installers can be backlogged 2-4 weeks. We lucked out and ended up only waiting a week for our install. If I had a criticism it would be that the sales guys could be better about staying in contact with their clients while they wait for their windows.

Took a while to get my doors and windows. Quality products all My screen for the patio door is not very user friendly and I asked Andrew if he could find me another. Company does not really communicate in a timely manner with customer. I had to initiate any communication about product or any questions I had.
