Sales and scheduling were easy. The techs did a good job and cleaned up completely when they were done. The communication wasn?t great - they left without telling us and did not show us anything or make sure we were satisfied. Otherwise a good experience.

They told me it would be $120 diagnostic charge and then said it was an electrical issue and I had to call the electrician. The electrician found the problem but it was an HVAC issue and he had to go to a HVAC wear house to get a part to fix it. They charged me $260. And didnâ t fix anything! Also threatened to call the police and have me arrested if I gave them a bad review on the internet. Would not recommend!

Great service! We had them out to tune up our gas boiler, which apparently hadn't been cleaned in about 20 years. Obviously there was some added maintenance work needed there, but they provided options that seem fairly future-proof, as they can keep those older parts when we eventually need to replace the boiler in a few years. We have since re-hired them for an annual AC tune-up, and I'm pleased there wasn't more work needed there, so I'm thankful they're not going to try and "find something" extra to work on every time they're here.

Bill the owner spoke to me on the phone, understood thd Problem & send his Technician Mike tge next day. Mike Got all the parts needs & repaired the heating System at a very affordable price. Prior tk Direct home I had discussed this with 4 other Service Provider all of them suggested to replace the system that would have costed me anything from 20K to 35K. Direct Home did the work at less than 10% of that amount. Thank you Bill & Mike you guys are awesome

Negatives: install didn?t go as smoothly as any customer would expect. Had to deal with 6 people from their company for just one install. Positives: responsiveness, they fixed problems they created, EXCELLENT follow-ups by their apprentice Zach!!!, system and the mini-split system works. Also, they offer a broad range of services that I would consider using in the future. Overall, positives mostly outweigh the negatives!

    HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business.
  5. Sex Offender Search
    We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located.
  6. Bankruptcy Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
  7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
