After 4 failed trips to multiple businesses to find a specific fitting, I ran across the Moscow Idaho Direct Plumbing Solutions guys in their truck in a downtown parking lot, and stopped to pick their brains. After a short conversation, they dug into their truck inventory and handed me the correct part with a smile. Very easily could have ignored me and go about their business, but they took the time to help me out at the spur of the moment.

Replaced a leaking gate valve on my well with a ball valve. Arrived as scheduled, assessed the situation, obtained parts and quickly completed the job. Price was as expected.

Fixed and completed the drippy faucet in record time. Chris was extremely helpful, has good people skills, very friendly and gave a senior discount, too. Very satisfied with the overall experience. Thank you.

Hot water went out on a Saturday. Plumber came out the same evening and, upon inspection, determined the pilot light in my gas hot water heater was out. He lit it and showed me how to do it if it happens again. I was very happy with the prompt response and the thoroughness of the plumber. I'd hire them again, but not on a weekend. It cost double regular rate.

Showed up on time, fixed the problems perfectly. Turned out to be a simple repair, but they got it done and it's perfect now. Two guys, great to deal with, wore booties inside the house. I'd hire them again.

The plumber was on time was efficient and cleaned up the old faucet.

He was very efficient and kept everything clean. The problem was that one of the bathroom sinks was clogged. He estimated the cost for a drain line breakage - from the roof drains. Needs to use camera to locate.

They were courteous, professional, and did a great job.

For repairs, have them look at your plumbing prior to coming for repairs. Make sure they know to bring the proper parts, particularly if your plumbing is not modern. Consider a set price for the job in case the hours add up due to difficulties, which becomes more probable with older pipes. Be aware, they might send an apprentice along with a skilled plumber unless you request just one man. If you get two men, you pay for two, the apprentice at a reduced rate. If things are not done to satisfaction, Eric, the Residential Service Manager will come himself and make things right, even if it takes more than one trip. Making it right in the end, made all the difference for me. I just wish all the minor leaks and drips had been fixed on the first trip. It's great to encounter a group which wants to leave you happy with quality work done
