Eric definitely saved us a lot of money, he was able to find an easy fix for our problem when other companies wanted to take extreme, unneeded measures. Hot water went out on a Saturday. Plumber came out the same evening and, upon inspection, determined the pilot light in my gas hot water heater was out. He lit it and showed me how to do it if it happens again. I was very happy with the prompt response and the thoroughness of the plumber. I'd hire them again, but not on a weekend. It cost double regular rate.

Showed up on time, fixed the problems perfectly. Turned out to be a simple repair, but they got it done and it's perfect now. Two guys, great to deal with, wore booties inside the house. I'd hire them again.
