Mark did an outstanding job of cleaning our HVAC ducts and vents as well as our dryer vent. He was thorough, professional, and courteous. The price charged for the service was very reasonable and consistant with the estimate provided when decided to engage Directed Heat Restoration. He also identified a potential problem with our washer that would have soon resulted in a major water damage problem. I will highly recommend him to famiy and friends.

This company cleaned the heating and A/C ducts and vents. There is no choice on the menu to choose this category. These people were pleasant, friendly, professional, and competent. They were prompt and courteous, and cleaned up when finished. I was glad I hired them, and will use their services again if needed.

The work was excellent; they did a lot of work for me on my house. They did such a nice job it resulted in the house being sold very soon after. I was very happy with the work. The attention to detail was great. I would recommend them to everyone. I was able to leave the house with no concern or problem. I trust mark and his company to the fullest. I now moved into a condominium and I need work done; I will be reaching back out to them.
