I never imagined that the vinyl siding which was stained and very oxidized would be restored so I am totally satisfied/thrilled with the outcome. The pressure washing of the deck and rails was done exactly as I requested removing years of "sealing errors" and preparing the deck and rails for restoration. Thank you!

Looks good. After a rainfall the gutters seam to be working noramlly now. Could have took five minutes and rinsed the gravel off my deck. Otherwise very positive. Would recommend to others.

Terry was very courteous and appears to have done a very nice job, although I cannot be sure until the next rain. Terry actually reduced the final bill by 20% because some of the gutters did not require the work effort he anticipated. I plan to use Terry again in the future.
