"Customer was warned upon arrival that the cushions were too damaged to clean. The customer insisted that I do the work anyway. I even reduced the price of the job and the customer insisted that I do the job for the regular fee with no price reduction."

I will come back free of charge if you need me please contact me you have my card. Upon entering the residence the homeOwner was warned that the couch was old and the material was worn out. The homeowner was advised that scotch guard may be necessary and the homeowner was very serious and told me no."

"I am sorry That the quality of service was not a five-star service. I always aim to do a great job but the cloth couch was too badly damaged from years of neglect. I told the homeowner upon entering the home that the cloth couch was too badly damage and it may be best to get it reupholstered. I was willing to go back free of charge and clean the couch again because the couch needed a Clean a couple of times to really clean it the proper way. It has all white cotton material couch that was neglected for over 5 to 10 years. The grandkids use the Couch as a playground there was food all over the couch jelly stains. Upon speaking to the homeowner."

I had a furniture emergency as my puppy had an accident on my brand new couch. I called and immediately got booked within the hour.
