they were not able to completely clean the outside windows because of obstacles in their way for their ladder, would have been helpful if he would have mentioned it when he quoted the price. Maybe he did not walk around the entire house and check all the windows he had to clean.

Because it was what I thought was an emergency (dirty bathrooms and kitchen)--in an office that was going to open the next day. Dirt Patrol came out early in the morning (after contacting them night before) they started their other jobs. Excellent Job!
