First Final inspection. The 299 Final Plumbing inspection has resulted in Denied. Water repipe grounding okay. Pressure exceeds 80psi also needs thermo expansion tank. Multiple spots freeze protection and metal straps support not approved for pex piping. PVC pipe not approved for use in the house. Yard hydrants and all outside faucets need vacuum breakers. Cannot locate blue wire on service in the yard. Multiple corrections too many to write. Inspector needs to meet the journeyman plumber on-site next inspection. All work done without permits at the time of installation. Not a complete inspection. OPSC 104.1 , 105.1, 312.1, 312.6, 313.1. Multiple corrections. Second inspection The 299 Final Plumbing inspection has resulted in Denied. The following comments were provided: Building supply yard piping shall be not less than 24 *below finish grade (OPSC 609.1). Yard hydrants with a drain below ground shall be protected by a backflow preventer in accordance with ASSE 1024. Adequate provisions shall be made to protect all piping in unconditioned areas to prevent freezing (OPSC 312.6). Verify waste outlets are no more than 30â apart at lavatories to allow continuous waste piping as per OPSC 1001.2. Install waste and overflow as per manufactures installation instructions (OPSC 309.4). Caulk tub/shower trim and tub spout (OPSC 402.2). Provide JP number and contact info for Journey Level Plumber responsible for work. (OPSC 104.4.2 Validity of Permit). Dirtech NW LLC did not request permits or provide sewer scopes to show work completed to county codes. After work started added $1,880 the next day on a bid for tree removal for roots in sewer line that were shown on the sewer scope 2 weeks before. Did not address broken sewer pipes just said all that was needed was to remove roots to fix the sewer line. The plumbing was not done up to code and I had to hire a professional plumber for $5,200.

Doug proposed a clearly defined solution to the problem of our clogged/collapsed rain drain pipes. Other companies suggested non-guaranteed procedures for more money and open ended results. They were quick and caused no visible damage to our yard in the process.

We couldn t be more pleased with our patio and the firepit. Doug was great and he stopped by on a daily basis to check in and evaluate the progress of the work. Michelle was always prompt with paperwork. The workers were very thorough. What a great local company!

Doug and his crew replaced 370 feet of water pipe. They were here when they said they would be. Their work was great and faster than their stated time. Doug made sure and come by numerous times to make sure the job was going good and to see how we were doing. He would also give me an update about the project. He also came back after his crew had finished and to make sure my property was left in good condition. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Doug communicates very well with the customer and takes the time to explain things and answer questions. He was meticulous about keeping things tidy and did not leave any mess for me to clean up. It is great to have workmen who are respectful of your home and landscaping. And the job was accomplished on time at the lowest of five bids I received from five different companies

Very professional and follow thru

Dirtech owner Doug and his workers were fast and efficient and explained thoroughly what they were going to do and how they would do it. They leveled our driveway and added the gravel in a reasonable amount of time and got me dialed in so I'm not slopping in the mud to get in my car anymore!. Great job! The price for the work Dirtech performed was very reasonable.

Everything was done on time with great communication.
