Highly recommend. They did a great job cleaning every room in the house.

This company lied to us about their work and was supposed to come back and redo my floors. We hired them to seal our grout. Alex, the owner, gave us a good price. Said his technology was better than anyone else. Grout was never sealed. We called to complain and he sent a tech named Nic who redid the floors. Made them worse. He also lied to me about who the owner is. Keep far, far away from this company. We will also see them in court if they do not fix my floors or FULLY refund my $600 immediately.

Alex and Nick are friendly, courteous and did an outstanding job on our walk-through shower. It looks great again.

We bought a brand new home and hired a different pro to come clean and seal the tile. They did a very disappointing job the tile looked worse than post construction. Alex from Dirtex restored cleaned and sealed. Now my floors are stunning! Thanks Alex!

I found this company thru Home Advisor and someone called within a few minutes after I'd requested a quote. We live in the country in Bastrop County so our choices of carpet cleaners were limited. We were given a quote and an appointment within 3 business days. Jonathan was very polite and professional and the carpet looks and feels fantastic. We are extremely pleased and will definitely use their service in the future.

TWO YOUNG MEN CAME, WERE VERY PERSONABLE. DID NOT PLAN ENOUGH TIME TO DO THE JOB. THE CARPET CLEANING WAS FAIR AT BEST. THE CLEANING OF THE TILE WAS BAD. CHAIR CLEANING WAS FAIR. THE ONE YOUNG MAN WAS IN A HURRY. THEY HAD ANOTHER JOB SCHEDULED TO QUICKLY TO GO DO. THE JOB WAS JUST AWFUL. SPOKE TO OWNER HE WANTS TO COME AND REDO THE ENTIRE JOB. HOWEVER, HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN TO SCHEDULE A REDO. I CAN TELL YOU I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE. THEY WERE TRAINING A NEW GUY AND HE WAS IN A HURRY.

they did a very complete job. The carpet looks fabulous and he cleaned an extra floor rug. There were a couple spots that didn't come out - but I didn't pay for spot remover so....next time. I would hire them again. He came when he said he would and called before he came to let me know he was coming.

Carpet cleaning team arrived on time and called before their visit to confirm arrival. Cleaned the three rooms in our home and applied sanitizer where requested. Price was competitive and they didn't rush through the job or try a hard upsell.
