"In one week, we had two customers complain that our movers took a lunch break at a gas station or fast-food restaurant on the way from the starting address to the ending address. Kimberly S was not one of the customers' names. I am not even sure that you are a customer. However, I will state for the record that the trucks have a GPS locator on them which shows their location, direction, and MPH every two minutes. The GPS is used to determine the broken credit to the bill. We do bill for the time it takes to haul your items from start to end. We do fold blankets as we unload to make sure no lost items are in a blanket pile and cause customers to hassle with missing items. I feel the complaints you are making would cause some companies to force the workers not to take a break. No matter how many complaints or bad reviews I get I will not tell my movers not to take a break. That is inhumane treatment. Our customers get their break credit fair and square so what you are saying is untrue."
