Dirty Deeds Plumbing

I am an older widowed woman and had a slab leak and needed a new water heater and had a couple of other plumbing issues. They came 80 miles, checked out the problems, gave me a bid on the entire job with a Plan A and Plan B. With a signed contract in hand, they came back the next day and did the job in a totally professional manner. They were polite and I felt very comfortable with them in my home for several hours. I also know that the price was half of what I was quoted from other plumbing companies! I highly recommend these guys! Thank you, Derek, Cole and Troy.

Were able to fix the broken pipe to the water heater, even with the water still partially running due to a broken valve on the City side of the meter. The first plumber that arrived wouldn't even try to repair the pipe and told me to call him when the City side was repaired. I absolutely would hire them again they did a great job.

Worked with us to select the right size of tankless water heater for our needs plus they adjusted their time to fit our time without taking off work. Excellent work. Thanks

Outstanding customer service

We had a "phantom flush" problem that I explained to the plumber, along with other issues. Rather than fix it on the first try, they had to come back again. They do not return calls promptly. Although they are nice and do sufficient work (when completed), I would caution anyone hiring this company to be sure of what they will fix before proceeding.

Wow! Derek Holdridge with Dirty Deeds Plumbing called back after I visited HomeAdvisor site within an hour, on the job by 4pm on a weekend and completed in less than 4 hours. What a great guy! I had yet a second smaller issue with toilet that resulted from floating galvanized pipe pieces and called again Monday. He was out within 30 minutes and fixed it. He is now my go to plumber. I can not thank him enough!

they called me last afternoon I explained the problem emailed them pics of the Labels on the heater, Derek called me back within an hour and said yes I can get what you need. called me first thing this morning and said " I will have Troy out there around 11:00 got here and had it fixed with in 1 1/2 hrs. considering we are 40 miles from every wherre the price was reasonable , service was great. Very conscientious. Derek not only contacted me initially over a holiday weekend, but kept me updated on time of arrival on the day of the visit.

If I could give him 10 stars I would. him and his crew were very polite. they cleaned up after them. and they are coming back today on 6/3 17 to do another job. plus people in town want them to do some work for them.
