Alan came out within a week from initial inquiry. Very knowledgeable. I had a water intrusion issue. He said I didn’t need a French drain just exterior cracks sealed. We ended up doing the fix ourselves; however took advice from Alan to buy Seal Krete and longer extensions on my gutters.

Dirty Deeds performed a water intrusion abatement on the perimeter of our house. They dug down about a foot around the perimeter of the house, sealed the stucco and foundation with Seal-Krete, and installed a perforated drainage system which will move the water away from the house and release it via two pop-ups positioned in the front yard. They did a great job and cleaned up the site thoroughly. Our neighbors all commented how they left our front yard looking as if no work had been done at all.
