This is a very professional company that does an outstanding job! Our floors are beautiful now! They cleaned the floors and grout then sealed them with a beautiful color to match our tile. We are very pleased! They are very conscientious, professional, dedicated to excellence! We definitely recommend this company. They also do many other home improvements. Call them! Great prices!!!

Eric and Donna came out and gave me an estimate on the job. While the job was being done, I complained that the color was too dark. He did make an adjustment, and it seemed ok. I had to run out for an errand. Eric and his worker were also replacing some tiles. I noticed the color was still too dark, but there were issues with the tiles, so I needed to deal with that. I also had an issue with the sealant was on the grout, but was also all over the tiles. Eric told me all I had to do was wash the floors after the sealant dried and it would come off. The sealant has not come off, and the color is still too dark. At the beginning when they were trying to sell me the service, I showed them the grout color and told them what color I wanted. I did call and shared my concerns with them, and they have decided not to refund my money. They wrote to me in an email "After great thought we have decided to not provide a refund or redo the color seal with another color. Moving forward I think it best that we correspond through email so both parties have a paper trail for our records. " I see a lot of good reviews here, but sadly, they did a horrible job on my grout sealing. If you're lucky and they do a good job, then you're good. But if they don't and you need to complain, you won't get anywhere.

"The customer complained that the color seal was too dark, an adjustment was made and it was okay 1/12/18. The customer claimed the 4 tiles we replaced were uneven and she wanted them redone. We returned to her home with a tile layer with 20 years experience to advise us if they had to be replaced incorrectly. He showed her and the tiles we laid were level l and that the surrounding the tiles were not. . During our point of sale the customer indicated she was filing a claim with the builder of contractor, because of the tiles and crack in ceiling due to settling of the home. We gave her a courtesy of $100.00 for of the inconvenience of having to return to her home. The color seal choice is not considered a warranty issue and a redo with another color or a refund is not applicable. Concerning the over seal, when we asked for photos so that we could review and come up with a plan of action, the customer refused and indicated she would send the photos to the Attorney Generals office, BBB, Crimes Against Seniors etc. instead. She was advised that with out the photos we could not do anything at which time she denied us access return to her home. She chose to file complaints with the organizations above of which we have responded accordingly as they come to our attention. We feel we went the extra steps to please the customer by absorbing the cost of a tile layer consultation and a courtesy check that the customer failed to reveal in her complaint. We stand behind our decision to not provide a refund for the seal and can no longer address the seal overlay. After several calls and voice mails between the customer and us we were advised by a professional advisor that moving forward all correspondence should be via email to provide a paper trail for both parties concerned. I am not sure as to why the customer seems to have a problem with this. We wish the customer well."

They did an excellent job on my tile and grout, and I would not hesitate in the least to have them back again. Honest, reliable, on time and a great value.

I hired these "pros" based upon the reviews here at HomeAdvisor. Erik from Dirty Grout Be Gone informed that this business was recently sold to him (or both men - not sure at this point). They (Erik & Nick) did not complete the project. In fact, they used two different colors of grout and caulk in the bathrooms. At first I thought they would make everything all right and finish to my satisfaction. After two trips and work days the work was still incomplete. Erik offered to complete the work on a Saturday when we would be out of town. I made arrangements to have someone let him in. Nothing was done and multiple messages to his cell and work phones have produced no response since. The floor grout in one of the bathrooms is still coming up and not sealed. The grout and caulk is STILL two different colors. I will say that part of the project was done fairly to my satisfaction, although I constantly had to point out during the first day that the grout coloring was not evenly distributed. I am very sorry to leave so negative a review. it's not something I like to do. My value rating reflects the value for the little work that has been complete. Had everything been done to satisfactory levels (not exemplary, just satisfactory) the stars would have at least been 4 on the value.

"Was very confused by this review, This job was done between 7/7 -7/9, at which time the customer was satified, signed off, and paid. The customer posted several prior reviews that she was satified but removed them. On 7/30 she posted this review, and asked for her monies back an estimated 3 weeks after job was completed. We are a family run business that will continue to strive to make our customers happy, with a promise to service all their tile needs with hard work, respect and a drive to be successful. ***UPDATE: This claim has been settled favorably."
