Vinyl or PVC Fence - Repair
MY EXPERIENCE WITH DIRTY HANDS RESULTED IN A TOTAL LOSS OF TIME AND MONEY. After providing a deposit Matthew was a no show on three scheduled appointments. I finally asked for return of my money or delivery of materials and when he did deliver materials for the fence it did not match the existing fence. When the materials were delivered they were old and used therefore I had to throw them away because they were useless. From the first day Matthew picked up the check I was never able to reach him again by phone. Please note dirty hands is a Limited Liability Company with a P.ost office box for an business address.

Does not keep appointments, ill prepared for project and lack of proper tools and materials. This so called "pro" is inexperience and lacks proper knowledge to perform this type of service. Multiple attempts were made to complete a simple plastic laminated counter top (2'x3") w/ backsplash. The top and edging were delaminating after a day, and remain such after two (2) attempts by this "pro" to fix his bad work. Even though he was contacted by Home Advisor with my concerns and request for a refund, he refused to refund the money I paid him for this very poor work. Customer BEWARE!!!!!!

Matt was very quick to respond to my request for a consultation and quote to repair my damaged fence. He was knowledgeable and provided a fair estimate. He got my fence and gate quickly repaired to my satisfaction.Good communication throughout the process. Would hire him again for any other home repair!

I hired Matt to replace a fireplace insert and clean the fireplace. He left boot marks on the floor, dirtied the rug, smeared ash on the wall and appliance switch, and basically left the place a mess. It was a sloppy job on all accounts; the fireplace box jammed in sideways, the gas box touches the fire door, and it was not the fireplace insert that was requested. Fireplace doors are squeaking now but not previously. I was out of the state when the job was done, and he was paid in full before I saw the finished product. Do not respond to phone calls or texts.

"Judith you hired me to replace your glass fire rock with fake log and to fix your ignition system so that your fire would start which I completed you didn't specify anything else in fact I had given you a previous bit for the additional work you were wanting including the replacement of the complete gas insert so that you had a different platform and you decided not to go with it and as far as the little bit of mess that was accidentally left I talked to you about that apologized offered to come clean it and you said never mind not to worry about it and in fact wanted to talk about doing more work on your fireplace. Gutters & Downspouts Cleaning Service
Wanted gutters cleaned before Christmas lights were installed and Dirty Hands bent over backwards to make this happen in a short timeframe ! They not only did a good job with the gutters , they were very tidy with the cleanup!

Drywall - Install
Matt was awesome! I called him to request a last minute, fairly involved drywall project that I needed to have completed quickly. Matt was able to complete the job within a couple of days and he worked in the evenings which was great for my schedule. Matt is a craftsman and he did an excellent job communicating with me and coordinating our schedules. I would definitely hire Dirty Hands for any home improvement jobs in the future!! Thanks, Matt!

Dirty Hands was great. He came out And provided me with an estimate the same day. Then he was able to do the work within a couple of days. He was very timely and did a great job. I will definitely hire him again.
