The guys showed to clean up my overrun, junk filled basement. They were fast and efficient...I was truly impressed with how they handled the job, thank you!

They came out and cleared a shower drain and a week and a half later we have the same problem.

"We did offer to come and repair the issue, but did make sure that it could be a completely separate issue from the first issue. We can never guarantee that it is the same issue. This is a hotel and so it is possible that something went down the drain and reclogged the drain, making it a different issue. Customer chose to have us not come out, even though if it was the same issue we would not have charged him for the visit."

$614
I hired this company after I purchased my house. The windows were in need of cleaning. They quoted me a much lower price at first and then raised the price after they started. I paid $614 for the job. They damaged my property, (put holes in my screens, broken wood trim, did not get the screen doors clean, did not put all the screens back on, left many windows with smudge marks. The owner charged me even more than the 2nd quote and told me he would leave me the product that I paid $20 more for, but he left without leaving the product. They charge $22 per hr per person, yet a lot of the time I saw at least 1 of them standing around watching the others or on their phone texting. (with the owner standing right there). I had to intervene and put one of them on a task of cleaning up after themselves. They constantly left doors open behind them, did not wipe their feet when coming in from the outside. I had to sweep my entire house after they left. Also there was one time that they just stoop on my kitchen counter to clean a window with no care that the gal was standing on my drying pad that was laying next to my kitchen sink. I had to ask her to move her foot to retrieve it. Then they didn't even wipe of the kitchen counter off or my built in cutting board when they were done walking all over it. To top it off, I was paying by the hour and then the owner calculated the hours he rounded up from 40 minute to a hour, so I had to pay for 20 minutes for each person x 3. REALLY and they also clean houses! STAY AWAY!! Misty the owners wife was really nice, but I only meet her when she come out to give me the quote.

"I apologize if you feel like you had a negative experience with us. I do have to make sure that as far as the price goes when we do any estimate we are sure to put on the estimate that the price can change based on how much time or material (or type of materials) it is going to take. Jhawn was sure to let you know that the original estimate was going to change and in the end he was only $100 off from the amount that he told you. Most companies that charge hourly will round up on hours when doing the final invoice especially when there is only 20 minutes. Some windows are only reachable while standing or kneeling on countertops, if this is something that you not want done than it is important that you point this out to us before work begins so that we may try to find a way to avoid this. The screens that were supposedly damaged had been previously damaged and Jhawn was sure to point this out to you. As for texting or answering calls, our business phones are always forwarded to one of the owners or one of the employees. On the day in question the phones were forwarded and so these were the calls that were being answered and the texts being sent were to send other employees on jobs, as well as dealing with employees that were on other jobs. Smudges left on windows were on the greenhouse windows and were due to raised metal trim which was catching and holding the water inside of it and releasing the water in drips onto the windows. Jhawn also made you aware that these drips and runoff could leave marks on the windows. We did the best we could to make sure that we did not leave a mess throughout the house, we apologize that we did this, but we were not told in the beginning that we needed to remove our shoes and it also made it hard because we had to be in and out of the house so much. Jhawn also offered to clean the any mess up and also offered a walk through so that we could fix any issues and because you were in a rush you told him that you were okay with the job being complete. We also offer recalls, when a customer is unhappy we are always willing to come back to fix any issues. Your greenhouse had extremely bad hardwater stains (the worse we have seen in the time we have been doing business), this took a lot of work and a lot of material, but we could show you the before and after pictures to show that before you could not even see out of the windows but now they look very clear. In the future when a company is hired to do work for you if there are specific requests (ie. removing shoes, wearing booties, etc.) it would be good to make this aware to that company as most will not have any problems to do these requests without any problem. We do appreciate your business and we are very sorry that you are not happy, but we also do feel that these are things that could have been fixed at the time of the job."
