John is quick to respond and comes out and gives an estimate. He was able to fit us into his schedule and worked thoroughly, even cleaning up well. He changed some old PVC pipes connected to the downstairs bathroom that were leaking. He made suggestions for future work as well as safety recommendations and changes that I otherwise would not have known about or thought about. I will definitely use this company again. I hired him again for kitchen sink work and to replace an outdoor faucet. His crew did thorough, quality work and cleaned up after themselves. We are pleased!

John rearranged his schedule so that he could install the tankless water heater that day. John and Reilly were professional, knowledgeable and did an amazing job.

Our hot water heater broke down on New Year’s Eve and Dirty Water company called me back very quickly to set up a service call ASAP the morning of January 2nd. They came out at the time scheduled and performed the install very quickly and efficiently. After the install was complete, I wanted a slight adjustment to make sure the heater was aligned with the water basin. They came back to my house and took care of it. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.
