"This is not true. We got the materials for her job with the money she provided and when we contacted her about when she would be there for us to do the job she had gotten it done by someone else. We done a special order and fabricated some parts so they were not able to be returned so I offered to bring (consumer name withheld per their request)the materials but she refused it."
