We had a large amount of water damage in our kitchen and garage and had no clue how to even begin with getting it resolved. We contacted several companies but Pete and his crew were the most thorough and responsive. He worked around our schedule and was even there to help us explain everything to insurance. They kept us informed every step of the way and were very honest. We were very confident in their work and our kitchen and garage looked brand new by the time they had finished. I can't recommend them enough.

They cut into the ceiling to locate the source of the leak but they cut in the wrong place and far away from the drain. I now have an 8 foot by 1 foot hole in my ceiling which they offered to fix for about $1,000 - based on the need to paint the entire ceiling if they could not just repaint the part that needs repair. My wife is not happy.

I am very sorry to hear that you were not happy, especially since we gave you the price upfront (($271.56 which was $100 less than our normal service call charge)) to find exactly where the leak was coming from. We setup drop cloths, plastic on the floors and on all of your contents to cover and protect from any dust. The area that we neatly cut out was 6 feet long X 1 foot wide, which was the exact area that was wet on the pictures that I took with my thermal imaging camera. Your wife called me and asked me why we cut out that much. I explained to her that the water came down and traveled along the area that we cut out so that there was no chance for mold growth. I even text the thermal image pictures to her so she can see for herself. Her exact response via text was "Wow! Thank you for showing me." After we were finished I covered the opening with plastic and taped the edges nice and neat, cleaned up the plastic and vacuumed the floors on the way out. I feel that the quality of work for the service we provided was excellent and well worth the price paid and the cost of not having future mold growth! You asked me for an estimate to make the repairs, and yes, for us to move furniture, cover floors and protect all of the furniture and kitchen cabinetry for a 600 plus sq ft kitchen/dining/living area, yes the price was around $1000. Basement Mold remediation job Pros -Good value, computerized blueprint, itemized quote -Botanical based disinfectants -Protected from cross-contamination -Honored quote even when he forgot to include on the quote -Nice, patient, owner-operator Con -Had to leave basement windows open overnight I dont normally write reviews, I wanted to pay it forward let everyone else know that we had a very pleasant experience. My wife and I both liked his personality and thats nice when you can work with people that know what their doing and are also nice to deal with. I have not been compensated or even asked to write this review.
