I had the pleasure of working with Disaster Cleanup Services to address a flood in my basement. Pete, the owner of the company, demonstrated a great deal of dedication and expertise in handling flood situations. He was on site within 1 hour of my initial phone call. He was actively involved in overseeing the entire process, ensuring that all necessary steps were taken to mitigate the damage and restore the affected area. Pete's knowledge and experience provided me with a sense of confidence and reassurance during a stressful time. Mike and Matt, employees of Disaster Cleanup Services, were equally impressive in their contributions to the restoration process. They worked diligently to assess the extent of the flood damage, remove excess water, and implement effective drying and dehumidification techniques. Their attention to detail and thoroughness in addressing all aspects of the cleanup were commendable. The teamwork between Pete, Mike, and Matt was truly remarkable. They coordinated their efforts seamlessly, working together to ensure that my basement was restored to better than its pre-flood condition. Excellent. Personable. Pete and his crew tackled the job immediately (replacing a collapsed ceiling due to water damage) They keep everything clean. They all very knowledgeable and explained step by step what it was required.

We had a large amount of water damage in our kitchen and garage and had no clue how to even begin with getting it resolved. We contacted several companies but Pete and his crew were the most thorough and responsive. He worked around our schedule and was even there to help us explain everything to insurance. They kept us informed every step of the way and were very honest. We were very confident in their work and our kitchen and garage looked brand new by the time they had finished. I can't recommend them enough.

They cut into the ceiling to locate the source of the leak but they cut in the wrong place and far away from the drain. I now have an 8 foot by 1 foot hole in my ceiling which they offered to fix for about $1,000 - based on the need to paint the entire ceiling if they could not just repaint the part that needs repair. My wife is not happy.

This company was unbelievably organized, reliable,professional,reasonable prices and did an amazing job that far surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend them .
