We paid a lot for a tub to shower conversion that took over 6 months and was left looking terrible with items and pricing disputed. Ten months after hieing, we got a Small Claims Judgment that we are attempting to collect. They made unkept promises and were clearly not familiar with tiling. IT HAS BEEN AN ONGOING NIGHTMARE FOR OVER A YEAR FOR WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A SIMPLE SHOWER CONVERSION!!! JUST DONâ T!!!!

I am shocked knowing that I'm not the only one got scammed and robbed by Quality Construction which is associated with this company. They took A LOT of my money and disappeared. I have been trying to contact any phone number I know to ask about my project, no one got back to me. I hope they will not scam more victims who are unfortunate enough to have disaster happens to their houses already. Now I don't have any money to rebuild my burnt house. I don't know what to do. If you are the authorized leaders of this company, and if you still have humanity please contact me. You have my number. I called the office twice and the receptionist gave me Dereks number . He never gets back to me!

Super fast, had 5 workers there within 2 hours. They have been checking aback with me as they work, they helped. me dump some personal items along with the trailer full of ruined items they quickly got rid of after taking pictures, The have an entire crew working every day, even Saturday and Sunday. They are taking care of everything including all the repairs and communications with the insurance agency, They gave me a packet with everything I need to know and all their processes and plenty of phone#s including workers cell phone #s just to make sure I am completely satisfied, I would hire them again and recommend them for anyone who needs super quick and professional service, Simply the best!

We were concerned that the new home we moved into may have had a mold problem because we kept getting sick. We had a separate company do a mold spore check, and they found that mold spore levels were elevated, so we called the Disaster Doctors to see if they could mitigate the mold problem. Cody came and did a thorough check. He showed me areas of concern, gave me advice on how I could solve it, and answered all of our questions. He was very honest in letting us know that he didn't think our problem was serious enough to justify paying them 2 to 5 grand to get rid of so little dried mold. He told us exactly what we could do instead to fix it (I took a bunch of notes), and it's saved us a lot of money! I love the honesty of this company and how helpful and knowledgable their technicians are! They didn't even charge us for Cody's visit.

We hired this company for a significant /large job. They were so disappointing. They failed to meet the objectives that they set for the job. The quality of work was very poor and there was one delay after another. Recommend that they not be hired.

Terrible customer service! They left without fixing the problem. Charged money for work that was not done.

Love, love, love this company. I m a real estate professional, and it s rare that I don t have to micro-manage companies I hire. This company did it right, did it well, from Beginning to End. Period. I am lucky I found them. I can t recommend them highly enough.

We had a window well overflow into the basement. Not sure of the extent of the damage, we called Disaster Doctors to come and do an assessment. Luckily it was not too bad, but some carpet pad had to be pulled up and the baseboards were affected. They pulled up the damaged pieces and put their de-humidifiers to work to pull the moisture out of the carpet, which is completely usable still. Everything was done in a friendly and professional manner. We felt their charges were completely reasonable (important to us since insurance was not involved). Perhaps the best part was that the technician, Cody, diagnosed what had caused the window well (only one of four to be affected) to fill up with water. That allowed us to quickly put corrective measures in place to prevent a recurrence. Thank you very much!

This company is super honest and gave me a quote for literally ten times less than the other disaster relief companies in Utah. Garrett came over with a moisture meter and discovered that the scope of my damage was significantly less than I had been told by more than one other disaster company who had visited the home and given me a worst-case scenario. It wasn't a lot of water but the other companies had freaked me out and I was about to fork over a couple of grand to rip out my walls, carpet, baseboards, etc. In the end it only required some very minimal drying efforts and they even came back for free to check the moisture levels after several days to make sure that everything had dried with no signs of any mold and no need to start ripping up the home. 5 stars.

I hired Disaster Doctors to clean up a flood in my basement. They got the job done quickly and did a great job. They even worked with my insurance company for me.

I hired Disaster Doctors to clean up a flood in my basement and they were wonderful to work with. Their response time was very quick and they really gave me assurance that everything would be addressed properly and in a timely fashion. The owner, Cameron, came out personally on the day of the flood and talked me through the process of how everything would work. They did a great job getting all of the water cleaned up and all of our contents moved out. The repairs took a couple months to finish, but I'm very satisfied with their work. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

When the workers tell you the job should be done in 3 or 4 weeks they really take more than 6 months to get the job done. The workers kept giving me lame excuses and then just not show up.

Disaster Doctors were great to work with. Pricing was lower than other agencies. I would use them again.

They were very responsive. At a time when most companies were booked (mid-January), they responded quickly. They took care of the problem, but were excessive on the clean-up. I didn't feel the needed to tear out as much as they did, and the remodel followup ended up being extensive. Still, the definitely resolved the immediate problem.

There were some concerns however, they did resolve my concerns and were great. They did a great job

They did a great job taking care of all of our water problems. We had a water heater leak and blew water everywhere. They were there when they said they would be and only had a tiny bit of paperwork for them to get going on fixing the problem. I would recommend them to everyone they did an absolute great job for us.
