I hired Timothy because I had water damage, Timothy was suppose to start in last August, did not start until around Thanksgiving, I needed new carpet, ceiling tiles and floor tile in kitchen, paint, they were suppose to texture a wall, they said they will get back to me to repair the wall and never did

The service person Tim is very quick to response to my request and came to the rescue ASAP. He showed great expertise in accessing water damage and how to remove it effectively. When he realize that our home insurance does not cover the sub pump failure, he still provide extra time to run his equipment to ensure the complete removal of water moisture without charging us. He is very friendly and give a lot of good advice on home maintenance and insurance policy. We are luck to choose this company for this disaster situation.

Very professional. Explained everything to us and did the work thoroughly and in a timely manner. Would definitely hire again...as a matter of fact they do carpet cleaning and I will hire them soon for our carpets as well.
