They came that day and checked everything on A/C before just replacing parts, they were true technicians very service oriented found it was the compressor and fixed it even offered me a Extended Warrenty for my A/C.

Our system was low on freon...being an old system..they expressed that I needed a new one. Two days later it was not blowing cold again. I called them and they wanted to sell me a new one again. Or a minimum of 300 to come back out. Called another a/c company. They came out showedme a small leak in the coils that they fixed with a stop leak. Also showed me a cap that was loose and leaking bad. One turn with the pliers and it was solved. My wife told me she saw Discount loosen that cap. Would not recommend.

They were really nice, but I don't like how they came up with their price for the job they did. What i'm trying to say is, it wasn't detailed enough for me. They simply put a price down. Bottom line is they did a great job and solved my problem, thumbs up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thiis company is very straight forward with their pricing and has no hidden surprise at the end of the job. They were very precise when they were going to start and finish the job. They did a complete central air installation which I am very lucky I found this company with service magic that I will definitely use again when I need any type of service done at any of my homes. Discount Air was out quick, very inexpensive and very helpful recommending what I can purchase to extend the life of my unit in the future. Apparently they are switching to a new type of freon and I need to purchase a used or new outside unit to keep from spending over $6,000 on replacing everything in the near future. My coils on the outside unit are completely shot. Great Guy

Mr. Reyes was very professional. Being new to Corpus Christi I had no direction, however Mr. Reyes answered my questions with complete honesty. The services he provided were on time and under his estimate. He was kind and understanding to my concerns and will be my to go guy for AC concerns. I have taken pride in recommending him to my neighbors and look forward to turning to him to fix my AC in the future.

Quick, proficient, and professional. They took care of all my needs within my budget. Our unit is running great. Excellent follow up and professional customer service. Answered all questions promptly and assisted me with finding the right unit for my needs. It was definetly one of the best experience I have had with any service provider. Completed the job within the time range discussed. Mr. Reyes worked with me extensively to accomplish my needs. It would be an error not to at least get a quote from him, you will see for yourself.
