They were a bit expensive but he did complete the job well and in a timely manner. I was a bit disappointed at the mess of lint left in the yard when the dryer ducts were cleaned out.

My experience with Discount Appliance was by far the best experience I have had working with a contractor. If you are in need of air conditioner repair, this is the company for you. I had a very unusual situation and after talking to quite a few others, had really given up hope that this could be resolved. Right from the very beginning the company was helpful, supportive, and extremely professional. They were on time, got the job done, and were overly kind to a very nervous customer. I am truly grateful for their service. This company doesn't deserve five stars, it deserves 10. I plan to recommend them to my home owners association

Had to come out a second time

Knowledgable and fixed the problem, but ridiculously expensive. If I had more time to do the research I would have done this repair myself. A $10-15 part and 30 minutes time max and he charged me $260. Never again.

Prompt and efficient.

He helped us to determine that with our washer being as old as it was and the cost and time to determine what needed to be done, another visit with tools and parts it would probably be a better idea to replace it at the age it was than spend the same amount of money repairing it. Was a good answer. We replaced the washer. It was over 12 years old and had much use over those years. However one idea on this website is for those that did NOT use the repair service found, it would be nice to submit an experience of why and what happened in lieu of hiring the service professional. That way you know it was not because of the person responding but because the situation required a different outcome and direction.

They were very helpful on the phone, prompt (on time!) and completed the project quickly. The worker was polite, knowlegable and neat (he did a great job cleaning up after himself!). Prices were reasonable.

These guys went out of their way to help. I ended up using them for several projects. Jason was especially helpful.

They were quick to get to my house and diagnose the problem. One day later they had the necessary parts and were at my house completing the repairs. Their Tech was friendly and very helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any furnace/AC repair jobs!

Washer broke late Friday afternoon. I called them and had the option of Friday after 4 pm or Saturday morning. I chose Saturday. Repairman came on time, but it turned out it was cheaper to buy new than repair it. I would definitely call them again. Very knowledgeable and honest.

I thought the price was a little expensive. But they said they could be out that day to fix the problem. And they had the parts on hand so did not have to order it in. Very professional and responded right away.

Quick diagnosis and prepared to make repair.

Very prompt, quick, friendly. Don't like not knowing the charge until they got there, but it was urgent. So when it came between $89.95 just for the technician coming out and almost $300 to fix, I ended up paying the $300.

The tech was very perfessional and effecient but still had a great "bed side" manner in that he was able to be personable while completing job.
