Quick and efficient

Rocco responded quickly, coming the next day to remove 2 large, old tvâ s. He did what he said heâ d do. Courteous, professional, wore a mask; good work. Pricey for a short, quick job, however, especially since I did half of the loading. But overall, glad to be rid of them.

Be on your guard with this contractor. Although the quality of the work was acceptable, the customer service was below average and the labor cost was unreasonable. Specifically, the contractor failed to provide the homeowner a written estimate (homeowner requested an estimate before the work was started). The contractor merely stated that it would be fair. The job was grossly overpriced and the contractor tried to justify the bill. However, there were inappropriate charges and the number of hours it took to complete the job was inflated. Also, no allowances were made when the homeowner assisted in laying the floor. Will not recommend or use this contractor in the future.

Rocco was professional. The entire project was in writing, which is great because it protects both parties, and he always arrived on time. He was considerate of our home's belongings, too, as we had a wall removed and a beautiful new built in book case added (I mean beautiful!! Rocco has a talent for this, folks) so I assumed there'd be a lot of dust, but we didn't get any (except normal house dust that everyone gets anyway). Floor to ceiling plastic walls took care of that. And he did the job fast, too. He did not leave my home until everything was to our satisfaction. And Rocco's helper, Mike, was also wonderful! So wonderful that we nicknamed him "Magic Mike"! There's just so many good things to say about Rocco, I highly recommend.

Rocco worked to meet my tight deadline on a rental property. If you have concerns, he's willing to work through them without being defensive. Working with contractors can be a long and frustrating experience because they tend to bounce around to other projects once you sign the contract. Rocco worked long hours to make sure the job got done as close to the deadline as possible.

Fast, efficient but a bit pricey for someone on a fixed income. Senior citizen discount not available. The service was necessary in a timely fashion ,so, I needed to pay for expediency.

The workmanship of Rocco was top notch! We hired Rocco for multiple projects inside and outside the house. I signed up on Home Advisors and he called within five minutes. I was blown away at how accommodating Rocco was. There was absolutely no stress with this company. He was very friendly, easy to work with. I definitely will hire Rocco again in a flash! They clean up and hall old stuff away. Rocco and his employees worked well together. Ernest who took down a chain link fence for me was like Mr. T...one minute the fence that covered my whole yard was there and the next it was gone. Rocco was the most efficient contractor that I have EVER worked with. Rocco is amazing, he is honest and he is reliable. He'll start your job and won't go to other projects until your job is finished. His crew is very organized and clean. They all show up on time. His prices are reasonable compared to others. He told me when he was finished that if I see anything I am not happy with that he will come back and fix it. If there were 10 stars I would give them to him. The whole project went so smooth and he did the extras I wanted done before he moved on. I am tickled that this all worked out thanks to this organized contractor. I know Rocco will prosper even though his prices are lower than others, because he does quality work and goes that extra mile for you to make you happy. He certainly does, "do unto others as you want them to do unto you." I am a very satisfied customer. Rocco rocks!!
