Jacob's installation was excellent. He explained everything about the installation. Very polite and explained the extra warranty and its benefits. Office had to reschedule TWICE. Worth every dollar.

Garage Door Installation and Replacement
From start to finish it took 3 months to get this garage door installed and (1) panel replaced under warranty. The original installers Darry, and Brandon were great. Showed up on time good work. The service tech. Brandon that replaced the damaged panel under warranty was on time and did a good job. No problems. The office people Melissa and especially Misty did not follow up with me many times when she said that she would. (misty I will call the garage door mfg and call you back) no call back. Next week the same story, the follow week the same thing again. Melissa said that she called to reschedule the appointment time and said that she left a message. No message or logged phone number was received. If the office people in the door department did as good as the techs I would have rated your company a 5. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

DGD is a top notch company. I called them at 9am on Labor day expecting them to be closed or charge holiday rates. They immediately answered my call and scheduled my repair for 11am that day. No extra labor charge. The service call and estimate were free. Technicians Matt and Niko arrived on time after calling me 10 minutes prior to their arrival. They replaced the broken spring and bushing with better, heavier duty parts and were done within 30 minutes. Exceptional service. Thank you Matt, Niko and DGD. Highly recommended!!

Extremely fast and courteous customer service. Spring broke and car was locked inside garage, called at 8am and technician arrived at 9:30. Eric described problems and provided several options for the needed repairs. Highly recommend this company for any garage problems you might have.

After getting several quotes this company offered what I needed for much less and the customer service was great. I received several calls & reminders regarding install date. The installer: Jacob Baker was on time , professional, completed the install exactly as in the time frame I was told, he explained everything for care of door. I was very happy with the overall service.

I had a new Garage door installed this week. My Technician, Jacob, showed up on time, he was professional and knowledgeable. He told me it would take 3 - 4 hours to install the door and he finished the install in just under 4 hours. The door is beautiful and sturdy. I am quite please with the experience I had, I recommend using Discount Garage Doors.
